If you can wait long enough then I would suggest putting your cookies in an oven on 350° for about 5 minutes for a fresh baked cookie!
Freezable?
Yes! these cookies are perfectly fine frozen and reheated. although too much time in the microwave from frozen could effect texture

Why do these cookies cost more than a big brand cookie?
I use the best ingredients I can get! In most cases I have my ingredients shipped in from wherever the best ingredients come from.
